Company Background

JSAB Technologies Limited is a high-tech company in Hong Kong specializing in the design, R&D and sales of power semiconductor devices.In order to enhance the R&D capability of the company and train up technical professionals for the industry, JSAB strategically cooperates with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) to conduct a number of research projects. The research results have been successfully used to enhance the performance of JSAB’s products. HKUST is internationally recognized for her outstanding achievement in education and research in advanced technologies. She has been ranked as the best university in Asia for three consecutive years (2011-2013) and the best university under 50 in the world in 2013 by Quacquarelli Symondsm (QS), UK.

Technical Team

JSAB has an outstanding technical team for technology and product development. All the core technical team members are holders of PhD degree awarded by prestigious universities in North America and Hong Kong. They also possess professional work experience in top integrated device manufacturers (IDM) in US or Japan, or top semiconductor foundry in Taiwan. The technical team also includes IEEE Fellow and prestigious university professor. JSAB’s technical expertise covers device design, yield control, quality and reliability assurance, device characterization, failure analysis, etc.

Products

Current major products include Field-stop trench insulated-gate bipolar transistors (FS Trench IGBTs), shielded-gate trench metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (SGT MOSFETs), high-voltage planar power MOSFETs, etc. The products have a wide variety of applications such as power management, motor control, etc.
